Sorry but we've blocked you

In order to stop automated requests such as spam robots, or bots attempting to hack users passwords or other malicious software that might attack our systems, we have an automated blocking system that tries to detect such activity and block it.

Somehow this system has decided to block you.

How to fix it

First it is important that you try to resolve the reason why we blocked you, otherwise it will happen again (if it happens too many times, you will no longer be eligible to unblock yourself):
  • Your browser has crashed or otherwise "gone crazy" and started accessing the site over and over - close it and try again. This can often be a problem if you have installed a buggy extension or addon into your browser.
  • You were running some sort of script or automated download tool - if you do need to run such software then please ensure that you configure it to properly identify itself with a proper user agent (scripts that incorrectly identify themselves as regular browsers are automatically blocked). Also ensure that it only access the site a maximum of once per second and doesnt "get stuck" and access the same page over and over.
  • Maybe your computer has a trojan or virus? Make sure you have up-to-date antivirus software. If you don't then this is almost certainly the problem. If you don't already have antivirus, Microsoft provides Microsoft security essentials for free.
